Summary
Diluc, a pheonix from Natlan, after being taken captive by the Fatui is bound in a technology that controls the use of his powers. The caravan carrying him is discovered and arrested in Khaenri'ah. His Royal Highness, Prince Kaeya, takes a quick liking for the fiesty redhead. The prince houses the prisioner, offering shelter and the promise of freedom.

Then he gets laid off from work. And just when Lucifer thinks life can't get any worse. He gets hit by a car. But when he wakes up in his bed somehow completely okay. So Lucifer doesn't question it and tries to carry on with life.
He'll just ignore the strange symbol with Deer antlers on his wrist for now.
