George is tired of being stood up by men. Sure he's attractive and men want him but, the moment he mentions a relationship they're out of there. When George is stood up one night, he walks along the city side towards his house only to find a new shop had opened up. Flowers were flowing out of the quaint shop; Roses of every colour, Hibiscus larger than he'd ever seen, Carnations that looked soft to the touch. George found himself entering the flower shop without a second thought only to find more than just a bundle of flowers to make him smile.

Summary
Sapnap was a fourth year Uni student, ready to get the year done. He got a job this semester as a teachers assistant and everything was going to go smoothly so long as nothing came up. That was until the new professor he was now working with was Professor Jacobs; a young and attractive man, having just moved from Ohio. They spend the semester together working away whilst also learning all about the other, falling deeper and deeper for each other. When Karl invites Sapnap out at the end of the exam season, he agrees and finds himself back at his bachelor pad, with the young professor in tow.

When Sapnap first presented, it wasn't weird for people to be shocked that he was an omega. He was strong, and bulky compared to the fragile omegas others have seen and praised before. He appeared more as an Alpha like Dream, his best friend. When Sapnap falls into his first heat, he unknowingly pulls a confession from Dream, begging for him to help. As Dream comes over in an attempt to be useful, he's left worried about coming out to his friend to better help or to leave it alone all together in the sake of the friendship.

Summary
George and Dream are both omegas but they are happily in a relationship. They've managed to work around everything they could encounter as two omegas except heats. Heats were hard for the pair so when George finally breaks and tells Dream they need an Alpha, Sapnap, their best friend, is more than happy to do so. It works for a while as the omega pair switch off on heats but, when George comes home in heat whilst Dream is still in one, Sapnap needs help. Karl is a well known local editor for novels, and other writing. He spends most of his day mindlessly pointing out simple grammar mistakes and rewriting entire scenes for people when he gets tired of the crap. When he's hired by a new client, pen name 'Dream', he takes on the challenge hoping to be surprised by the writing. The novel is soon to become a favorite as Karl imagines himself as the characters, falling in love with each other as he scrolls through. Karl is quick to fall in love with every words that he reads, hoping the author would be just as wonderful when they meet.

Summary
When Sapnap returns from the UK, he starts feeling off. Assuming he's just sick, he brushes it off until he can't fall asleep and won't stop thinking about George. After a few days, Sapnap develops a rough barking cough and Dream makes him go to the doctors, getting diagnosed with bronchitis but, the medicine doesn't help it let up. Dream has to take Sapnap to the doctors where he's diagnosed with Hanahaki Disease, a condition where unrequited love will cause flowers to root/grow within the person until they can no longer breathe and die. The only way to reverse the effects of Hanahaki is for the person they love to love them back. Will he be okay?
