The Priest raised the chalice in Jungkook's direction. Jungkook's head sloped forward and his tender lips clung onto the golden rim of the chalice. He took a modest sip, his focused eyes never leaving the splendour of the crimson liquid. He lifted his head and proceeded to dip his right thumb into the chalice. His thumb pulled out of the liquid, stained with a moist red colouration.
Jungkook executed a steady turn to his side and locked his gaze with yours. Inch by inch, his hand closed in on your face. He pressed his wet thumb against your parched lips. He swiped the plump digit across the chapped, pink surface from the right to the left corner, smearing your lips with the identical crimson colour. A tingling sensation began to gnaw at the pit of your stomach. You felt the thumb linger at the corner of your lip, only to retrace its path a second later. A trace of the red liquid trickled into the inside of your mouth and your taste buds were welcomed by a foreign sourness.
