Watching Yuuji’s oldest brother pass through the entryway feels like watching a guillotine walk into the room. Something deep-rooted in Megumi knows not to let Sukuna near his neck.
At the start of his second year in high school, Megumi gets cut off from the medication that let him pretend he hadn't prematurely presented as an omega four years earlier. Toji's overreaction puts him on a collision course with a guy he hoped he'd never see again, and when Megumi exchanges his Friday afternoons for his friends' peace of mind, he winds up with the most insufferable alpha he knows for a self-defense coach. It goes even worse than he thought it would.

Summary
“How close are you to your heat?” Sukuna asks then, his voice lower than it was just moments ago. He’s not moving anymore, Megumi’s injury momentarily forgotten as they stare at each other, a different type of tension filling the space between their bodies.
Megumi’s suddenly acutely aware that he’s half-naked. And that Sukuna’s dangerously close to that one place where Megumi’s scent is the strongest.
“It shouldn’t be more than four days away,” Megumi murmurs, trying to ignore the way his heart races inside his chest. He wonders, for a moment, as the time stills around them, if he’s in over his head, if he’s digging his own grave by being this close to an Alpha whose motives he has no way of knowing. If Sukuna lunged for him now and sunk his teeth into Megumi’s neck, there would be nothing Megumi could do to stop him.
But would that be so bad?
OR: Sukufushi zombie apocalypse AU in which Alpha Sukuna promises to keep omega Megumi safe in exchange for sex. That's it. That's the fic.

Megumi had spent years carefully passing as a beta.
He had never wanted the typical omega/alpha bond, his scent blockers did a good job of keeping his scent hidden, and pretending to be uninterested in alphas wasn’t exactly difficult to do when he genuinely had never liked one.
That was until a dorm mix up put him in Dorm 43 with Ryoumen Sukuna, an alpha who is arrogant, irritating, and is unfortunately the only one Megumi has ever liked the scent of.
