Summary
“Is that… does he normally do.. that?” Eileen asked, signing as she spoke.
“What Hannibal lector over there?” Dean pointed his thumb over at Cas, tearing apart the tanned flash bit by bit, chewing and swallowing like it was the best thing he’s ever eaten. “Yah, he picks up the scraps. Makes cleaning up easier.”
Cas swallows the mouthful of flesh he had in his mouth, whipping his bloody lips with his even bloodier sleeve. “I apologize. I don’t mean to make you uncomfortable, Eileen.”
She shook her head. “No, it's fine. Just, didn’t think cannibalistic angels were a thing.”
Even though she said it was fine, Cas still dropped the gore in his hand onto the couch, licking his lips and hands, savoring every last bit.
“Don’t worry buddy.” Dean reached to grab Castiel’s face, his fingers getting coated in the thickening blood. “I’ll get you a nice, juicy, rare steak after this.”
They didn’t get him his steak.

Summary
Dean was fucked. So, completely and irrevocably, fucked.
“I’m sure it’s fine, Dee.” Sam didn’t look up from the puzzle he was assembling on their bedroom floor, some 500 piece Pokémon puzzle Bobby picked up from goodwill.
“It’s not like you guys were doing anything bad.” Sam paused, looking up at him with skepticism “…Right?”
“What?” Dean scoffed “No.”
Yes.

The sound of Led Zeppelin’s ‘Ten Years Gone’ began playing over the soft pop that came form inside the barn.
Dean clambered to grab his phone from his jacket pocket, quickly hanging it up but it was to late. The music and voices inside stopped, there was a long, silent pause before Dean just whispered “Go!”

Summary
So, the first thing that happens is Castiel comes back.
~~~
"Right," Dean says eventually, gruffly. He looks down at his shoes. "I'm not gonna tell you how to live your life, man. It's—you know, yours. Do your thing, love who you love, whatever. I can't really stop you from loving me, if that's what you've decided to do, but I don't—I can't—"
"I know," Castiel murmurs, still just smiling a little, not looking heartbroken at all. "Don't worry about it, Dean, that's all I ask."
"So we're—" Dean risks a glance up, swallowing thickly. "We're good?"
Castiel hums. "We're good."
Summary
Dean takes a really, really long drive to kick fear in the ass. It might just be the best thing he ever decides to do.
~~~
The seat squeaks, and Dean follows the sound, his gaze trailing down. There—where Jack sat moments ago—is a much tinier version of him. He looks mostly the same, just...smaller and more dimply and cuter, if that's possible. His clothes have shrunk to fit him, so he's casually sitting in a t-shirt, jeans, and scuffed tennis shoes. He swings his feet from side-to-side over the edge of Baby's seat the same way Sam used to in the back, and he stares up at Dean with clear eyes.
"Oh," Dean blurts out, eyes bulging, "Cas is going to fucking kill me."
