Summary
Dean Winchester is a young Omega working three jobs to support himself and his abusive, alcoholic father. His dream is to help his aunt and uncle send his brilliant little brother to college so that Sammy never has to live a life of exhaustion and pain like he does.
The only bright spot for him is the job he works at a burger place called Mystery Spot, a restaurant owned by four Russian brothers that Sammy and Dean joke all the time is a front for a mafia. One day, however, when a man comes in and tries to kill Dean’s favorite Krushnic brother right in front of him, the Omega is forced to admit that maybe his running joke with Sammy isn’t too far off the mark.
As Dean is thrown into the world of the Krushnic mafia, he finds himself getting closer than ever to Castiel Krushnic himself. The Alpha seems to harbor a strange soft spot for Dean, one that grows more obvious and more confusing by the day. Suddenly, Dean has to wonder why the kindest person in his life is a mafia boss, and why said mafia boss is so dead-set on taking care of him.
It’ll take a very stubborn person to convince Dean he deserves that. It’s lucky Castiel Krushnic is a very stubborn man.

Prompt from MalicMalic
"Dean has cancer or something equally serious, that has a low survival rate, but can be cured. He lives away from his brother, lives alone and he keeps lying to everyone he knows, doesn't tell anyone.
With each treatment he has to endure he has no one there to hold his hand, but there is always this orderly who happens to be there always and talks to him and just is there for him.
Times goes by and Dean gets a little worse, the only thing holding him together is Cas."Beta read by sunlitcandles, feyngs and a few others. I will lavish them in well-deserved credit once I wrangle them and get their users!

Summary
A/B/O AU Dean Winchester is an anomaly. He didn’t present as an alpha or omega when he was supposed to at age twelve. He and his family always assumed he was just a beta. So he grew up with virtually no rules or restrictions. Which is fine. Because Dean doesn’t like limitations. At eighteen, just as he’s about to taste the freedom of being a newly fledged adult, nature decides to stick a giant middle finger at him and turn his life on its head.
He's shipped off to the Novaks because John is just a beta and he can't retain custody over Dean. It has always been the Novaks' mission to help omegas like Dean to find his role in society and to teach him that being an omega isn't this terrible thing he's making it out to be. But Dean still clings to the taste of the freedom he grew up with and it might just be the Novaks that learn a thing or two about free will, love and happiness and what it all truly means.

Blood dripped from the tips of Dean’s machete and Cas’ angel blade, and the night air quieted back down to the hum of cicadas vibrating through the thick humidity. They were battered and disheveled, surrounded by three decapitated vampires.
A post-hunt story written from prompts:
- Dean gets hurt on a hunt and won’t let Cas heal him bc self-punishment and Cas is like: early love confession and “why are you like this, I’m gonna heal you, you frustratingly stubborn human”
- Cas doesn’t think he’s allowed to be hurt bc he’s an angel and Dean takes care of him -

Summary
Stanford Era - Six Months Before Canon - Alternate Universe....
Dean felt pretty empty inside these days, going through the motions, killing monster after monster, and getting what in return? Nothing. Yeah, he gets that satisfaction of saving lives, but that satisfaction always disappears after awhile. Loneliness seeps in from time to time, but he tries to ignore it, and tries to ignore the fact that his little brother has gotten out of this hunter lifestyle, and he's still stuck in it where there's no light at the end of the tunnel for him... or so he thought.
He's found a simple ghost case in a town called Smallville, Kansas, so he goes through the motions... again to go there and get rid of it. One night at a restaurant, he meets these gorgeous blue, vivid eyes, and his body reacts inappropriately - luckily, his dark jeans cover it up. No woman has ever made him feel like his body's been set ablaze, let alone... a man. Yet, this one did. They keep eye contact until two women and a man at his table grab his reluctant attention next to him, releasing the hold that he had on Dean. Dean didn't know at that moment, his fate was sealed and the whole world's fate was sealed, too.

Summary
“I ain’t leaving without ‘im. I won’t.” Merle snarled, yanking his arm out of Daryl’s bruising grip. The younger Dixon’s eyes narrowed as he spun on Merle, they didn’t have time for this. There was smoke and screaming and gunfire surrounding them on all sides. All it would take was a stray bullet and one of them could end up dead, he didn’t have time to spare for one of Merle’s tantrums-
“Ya hear me boy?” Merle growled, getting right up in Daryl’s face with that challenging sneer that the younger Dixon absolutely loathed. He couldn’t afford a fight with Merle, his mission was to get them both out of this damned place alive and more-or-less unscathed. But he couldn’t do that when his brother was fighting him every step of the way, which left one burning question sitting on his tongue.

Summary
He feels anger bubbling inside of him, an uncontrollable anger, and he grabs that empty whiskey bottle and throws it at the wall. A deep shout tore its way through his throat as he continues to throw the bottles at the walls, staring at the glass surrounding him. His breath became ragged, lungs constricting and eyes beginning to well.
“Fuck!”
He looks at his hands which won’t stop shaking and he seriously feels like he’s losing his mind, like all of a sudden his soul has detached from his body and is floating around staring at the empty shell of a man he is.

Summary
Castiel Shurley, pen name Castiel Novak, was once a confessional poetry wunderkind. Now, though, he’s 34 and hasn’t published a new collection in almost seven years. He can bemoan the vagaries of writer’s block and the challenges of parenting a teenage son while teaching full-time all he wants, but excuses aren’t going to impress his agent, his publisher, or his tenure committee. He’s in serious danger of becoming a washed-up literary fluke before even seeing middle age.
At the end of his rope, Castiel repairs to his sister Anna’s vacation home on Lake Pend Oreille, hoping a change of scenery will ungum his creative works. On one of their first trips into town, Jack strikes up a conversation in the parking lot of the local grocery store with the most beautiful man Castiel has ever seen, and that’s when Castiel feels it: his muse coming back after a half-decade of dormancy.
No matter what, he has to see this man again somehow. Too bad he has no idea who he is.
