Izuku was ten when he first learnt that if he got a lower score that Katsuki, even by one mark, he would be graded fairly, because God forbid quirkless people were smart. He couldn’t possibly get a better score than the best of the best, the only hope for Aldera to get any fame, the person with a perfect quirk and a future top ten hero.
Izuku was eleven when he learnt how to perfect his analysis, because in a world where quirks are all that matters, the only way the quirkless could survive is to blend in and hide themselves away. He was eleven when he already finished middle school content on his own because he was bored and no one to hang out with. He was eleven when he stopped paying attention in class but still got decent grades because as long as he scored less than Katsuki the teachers would mark him fairly and not call him a cheater.
Izuku was fourteen when he found out that he got into UA, and now that he had a quirk, he didn’t need to hide his true talent anymore, but habits are hard to get rid of, so as long as no one finds out faking his scores wouldn’t hurt anyone. Right?
Or: Izuku is smarter than he let's on and Nedzu finds out.

Midoriya Izuku died in middle school on a rainy Thursday afternoon after climbing onto the roof of Aldera and stepping cleanly over the edge. And nobody had blamed Bakugo Katsuki. Not really. Some students remembered the swan dive comment. Some teachers knew Bakugo had bullied him for years.
But Katsuki was smart, talented, confident. And Midoriya had always been seen as strange anyway – too emotional, too obsessive, too weak, too attached.
Adults shook their heads and called it tragic.
Classmates posted crying messages online for a week before moving on with their lives.
And then worse, Midoriya returned three nights after his funeral, standing silently in Katsuki’s bedroom wearing the same middle school uniform he died in.

Izuku knew he was always different. He knew it the moment the doctor said “You will never get a quirk”. He knew it the moment his mom told him “I’m sorry izuku”. He knew it the moment his best friend pushed him to the ground.
He also knew it when his favorite hero, the symbol of peace that inspired him to want to become a hero told him “You can never be a hero.”
He felt a rather cool windy breeze hit his back, the cool rocky surface of the edge spiking his socked feet, his red shoes long forgotten a few steps away from the edge. He released a breath, looking down at the city he wanted to protect. What protection he was a deku after all “useless”.

Was a phrase that felt like home to izuku, he never stopped running. After years of being a vigilante, he knew the streets like the back of his hand. He will never be caught, he will never stop fight.
So why did he want to stop, to allow himself to be caught by this pro-hero. Maybe because he heard the little gruff of gentleness and kindness in it that he so longed for, that he the little quirkless kid longed to hear.
“I just don’t want to be so different.”, izuku wished he could scream….but he didn’t.

Summary
Soukoku, the infamous duo from Yokohama who’d annihilated an organization within one night, were unable to return to their own world anymore.
And so, after grieving for the life, family and friends they couldn’t return to, Soukoku decided to recreate a new home and family in this unfamiliar but black-and-white world they kind of hated; a home slightly similar to what they all had in the past in their previous world; the Port Mafia in Yokohama which operated in the gray.
(In which, Soukoku managed to build a healthier version of Port Mafia—if you see it in a certain point of view—and gain a new family made up of members lost in this black and white society.
Also, Soukoku were undoubtedly whipped for each other).
A/N : I promise this is different from the typical Soukoku going into UA as students story! As they won’t go to UA here and instead focusing on the new Port Mafia. Though, there are still UA and LOV here.

Shouta Aizawa after having an affair with his girlfriend, became single. He's stayed like that ever since but his girlfriend was pregnant and gave him the child. Aizawas always been fond of children so he raised the child up and named his Osamu Aizawa. But one day his son went missing, he was devastated and went into deep depression hinting some of the bags under his eyes. He became a teacher at UA when a mysterious boy is found roaming the streets alone, he says his name is Dazai. He won't mention his first name but told aizawa it was his last name. Aizawa suspects something of this boy but let's it slide, the boy banters about wanting to be a student at UA and when the time comes passes the entrance exam though sadly only makes it to the general studies course. This Dazai though is the one and only Demon prodigy from the port mafia of the city yokahama, that closed itself off from Japan years ago in a Great War when quirks appeared.

'At-At least… Not long enough… For help to arrive in time.'

Yagi Toshinori gets caught in a building collapse in his powered-down form. As he lays dying and without a successor, he offers his quirk to a young boy who is trapped alongside him.
All Might never makes it out of the building. But Midoriya Izuku does.
With no parent and a new limb-breaking quirk, he becomes a ward of UA.

Kuro, has spent his entire life as an assassin. After a failed killing Kuro has been able to break free of the brainwashing. To get his revenge he starts killing them one by one. He is able to stay one step ahead of his pursuers by using his quirk: Blink. It allows him to see a few seconds into the futures and their possibilities.
Naomasa at his wits end goes to Nezu for help. With Nezu's help they are able to corner Kuro. Only to find a child.

“So I can assume you want him in custody as soon as possible, right?”
“So far, he’s had no real criminal offenses other than vigilantism, battery, and suspected hacking- again no proof. It’s difficult especially considering we have no idea what his quirk is.” At the last sentence, the Hero’s head shoots up from the papers.
“What do you mean you have no idea what his quirk is?”

Midoriya Izuku never asked for this.
No one ever asks for anything these days.
Whether or not they expect something they want to be handed to them, or if it’s something that they never wanted at all.
In Midoriya’s case however, he never was handed anything he ever wanted.
Izuku should have been a villain. Some already see him as such, and yet he found himself in this odd in-between, scraping his bloodied hands towards something lighter, grasping and clawing at any spark of redemption he thought he could have. It wasn’t much, but he was trying.
