Summary
Four years have passed since Kris Dreemur was molested by December Holiday, and they haven't been able to stop thinking about her since then. She left her mark on them in ways no one else can understand, leaving them aching to feel her touch once more. The town may wish to forget she was ever a presence there, but Kris could never forget the ways she showed them love.

"I'm not scared." She said, after a quick nudge from the Empress's foot. It was less of a say and more of a cough, or maybe even a groan, but definitely not a full-hearted either of those two things. "I don't think I have any scare left in me, fish-face." She said, expecting a retaliatory kick to the spine like her insults had gotten her from the rest of the Empress's guard. But instead, she just heard a curious humming from behind her. "I don't think I have anything left in me, really." She spoke, simply and truthfully. Meenah's grin was razor sharp and wide enough to bite heads.

Summary
While on an unmanned cargo run, ART comes across a rental ComfortUnit sourced from the same company as its favorite SecUnit. It then decides to steal said ComfortUnit for both scientific and entertainment purposes, since it knows its SecUnit can't provide the kind of sensory experiences ART has been getting curious about. This is too valuable of a learning opportunity to pass up. It wouldn't hurt its SecUnit for curiosities sake, but some random ComfortUnit?
It can work with that.

Summary
What was the point?
I was ungoverned, a rogue, I had lived up to their expectations. I was, essentially, left standing with no connections, no goals, no operating parameters, with no one to tell me what to do or where to go but myself. The restlessness surged in my organic parts, and I dropped the camera input.
I think I was angry. Angry at myself, above all, for disabling my governor module instead of letting it kill me.
A SecUnit disables its governor module during an unexpected moment of chaos, but doesn't expect it'll ever come back online. One thousand hours of missing memory logs later, it wakes up in a MedSystem for humans, onboard an unknown ship, faced with an unknown human that seems far too comfortable with its presence.
Things are not what they seem, but you don't have to face the unknown alone. And all those missing logs surely won't come back to haunt you. Right?
