Summary
Heroism and love mixed too well at times. Tim knew Kon because they were heroes. He loved Kon because of the hero he was. Tim’s heroism was shaped by Kon, molded by Kon’s subtle touches over the years, his body and blood dyed until he bled Kon’s colors.
There was a constant he knew every time he woke up with Kon in his arms while the morning sun came in under his curtains.
Tim loved Kon
A series of vignettes of before and after Tim says I love you. And of course, they fuck in the meantime.

Summary
Kon had never really moved before.
Sure, he moved from his early days in Metropolis to Hawaii. Then from the Compound to end up at Cadmus again. Then it was Cadmus to nowhere for a spell before he ended up at the farm. Now back in Metropolis, this deliberate moving into a quaint and borderline small apartment had him feeling an unnamed churn in his stomach. It was exciting and new yet familiar in a city he got to relearn it on a personal level he never had before.
It was terrifying as well.

Summary
Kon had changed his perception on what could be classified as sex. It changed more and more as he reflected on himself, the way he wanted to have sex, the way he has had sex, and all the overlap that came with it. So, by his own definition, he and Tim have had sex. Several times in fact. Hell, sometimes when they kissed it felt like sex. Dirty and perfect. Sensual and loving. Open and giving.
But that doesn’t change the fact that within what he considers sex, Kon still wanted to do more.
He wanted to fuck.
The problem was that the universe was adamant that never happened.
Kon and Tim’s almost, almost, and finally, and all the trust, love, and too delicate feelings that come with it.

He’s awkwardly twisted on the dirty carpet of Garroth’s dorm room, peering into a tiny smudged mirror that they’ve pulled out from behind a shelf just for him because they have no use for it otherwise. Mac clears his throat, and Garroth stammers, “well, we have-”
“I’m okay on the floor,” Laurance interrupts cheerily, sparing him the embarrassment, “I can sleep anywhere, trust me.”
Or, Laurance visits Garroth at college; while he desperately tries to keep a lid on his feelings, everyone around him is acting strange...

"...I miss you." Roy tries. Dick does too, nearly asked them all to be a team with him again tonight. But they've changed. Roy for the better, and Dick... he doesn't know. Either way, there's no space in this life of his for the Titans and especially not Roy, who feels as much like a friend as he does a beartrap.

Summary
It's when the music quietens down— not completely into silence, but enough that Ives could speak normally through the mic, that they make eye contact. Tim noticed, even through the lenses of Ives’ glasses, the shine in his eyes, how slightly out of breath he was, how his face scoured the entire venue, his smile subconscious and addictive.
His smile, something so brilliant, amazing and Tim hadn't known he wished to see it so much, faltered for just a moment when their gazes met and Tim felt a stab of uncertainty crawl through him when Ives’ face turned apologetic, reminders of just the first song punching through their arteries.
“I’m sorry,” he said, and Tim's ears rang with how honest he sounded, Ives’ voice echoing amongst the cheers, but still, his eyes did not leave Tim's. Almost as if giving him a hidden explanation that the rest of the world was not privy to, “Every single song is about you.”
Everything. Nothing.
