What is DELTARUNE: Hype Moments and Aura? This fic is a retelling/AU of the original DELTARUNE focused on fighting. I have two main goals with this story:
1. Write cool battles with these characters
2. Write an interpretation of the SOUL where they are an original character, instead of just representing us
IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER:
1. Unless specified, assume most actions are done by the SOUL and not by the body they're possessing.
ex: "You do a backflip" = SOUL did that "Kris does a backflip" = Kris did that without the SOUL's direct influence2. Not every boss will have a chapter if I feel like I can't do anything interesting.
3. Mental conversations with Kris will use asterisks instead of quotation marks.
ex: "Bleh" Physically speaking. *Bleh* Mental speaking
I do this so I don't have to specify that they mentally spoke.4. This fic mostly follows the original story of DELTARUNE, but there will be differences that will be specified.
