    Summary

Aziraphale has fantasies about Crowley while he's sleeping but is too nervous to bring them up to the demon.

Azirphale padded back into the lounge and set a mug of steaming tea in front of Crowley’s face. He gazed down at Crowley entirely slack and relaxed on the rug by the window. He cherished basking in the sight of Crowley, letting his eyes climb over every inch of him.

Crowley slowly cracked his eyes and was treated to the sight of the steaming mug and behind it, Aziraphale’s heated gaze boring into him.

Aziraphale blushed, “Oh, dear I had thought you were sleeping.”

“Nope, sorry to disappoint,” Crowley smiled.

    Summary

Crowley and Muriel have used the books of prophecy left behind in the bookshop to deduce the time and location of the Second Coming, and Crowley has decided to try to do something about it.
Aziraphale is taking advantage of the distraction to go on the run and maybe do something about the Second Coming if he gets the chance.
Oh man, too bad it's a busy weekend in New York and there's only one hotel room left in the entire area.
I wonder how many beds it has.

    Summary

The spell seemed to break the Narrator out of his silence, though. “There it is again. The coughing. Totally unnatural in this setting, Stanley. There’s not even enough dust to irritate the average human lung – I needn’t check, I just know. Stanley, you can’t actually be...” Stanley heard a great deal of shuffling, like gathering papers and flipping through them furiously. The Narrator sounded odd. His voice was cresting near something, but Stanley couldn’t focus on it long enough to understand what.

“Sick? You can’t be sick, Stanley. It’s not possible. You can’t eat. You-you can’t excrete. You can’t get tired. This is how it’s been – how it’s always been.”

    --

The Narrator and Stanley have a row. Emotions are high. Perhaps someone dies in the shuffle, but it's not as though that matters. That's the purpose of resets, after all. They erase all damage ever made.

    Until they don't.

Stanley gets sick. This is not something the Narrator is equipped to handle.
