All they can think of when he cries and begs to be released is just how pathetically cute he is. It’s just something about sight of the pastel man’s mutilated state makes their head spin from giddiness. The way their heart skips a beat whenever he flinches even though they have no intention to actually hurting him again as badly as they did.
Harvey is scared of them, they’re meant to be feel bad about that fact like any normal person with empathy would… But he’s just so fucking adorable!!
