Summary
It's finally October and time for the OFMD kinktober challenge! I've got all prompts more or less figured out, but whether or not I will actually write them is another matter entirely. I will try, that I can promise. Most, if not all, will be NSFW and almost all of them explicit in nature. Tags will be updated with each chapter, but I'll try to include content warnings and dysphoria warnings at the start of each chapter, when applicable. Perhaps Simon's true punishment had been endurance.
OR: As things start to settle between him and Ryland, Simon is faced with the reality of everything that has happened to him, scars and nightmares and everything in-between. The luxury of choice is new and terrifying, and Simon finds himself teetering on the edge of another abyss every time he looks himself in the eye, Ryland's footsteps embedded into the ash beside him. Healing is slow, and patience has never been one of Simon's virtues.

Summary
There's no love in placing a blade in a child's hand— there's so much in the way Ryland touches him that it fills an ache that he's known for as long as he can remember.
Simon's been hungry his whole life. For food, for freedom, to live. He's been starving for this since the day he was born.
OR: In the aftermath of their reconciliation, perched on the precipice of something new, Simon and Grace have to work out what they want, and decide a path forwards. Neither of them is under the illusion that it's going to be easy— both of them know that it will be worth it in the end.
