Summary

Summary
Jisung crossed the courtyard with his hands in his pockets. The new boy didn't look up until Jisung's shadow fell across his notebook. Then he raised his head very slowly and found Jisung standing in front of him, the sun at his back.
"Hi," Jisung said.
Silence.
"You're Minho, right?" he pressed. "From our class."
"Yes."
"Okay. Well, that's it. You're Minho from our class."
Minho looked at him. Said nothing. Jisung rocked on his heels and, not really knowing why, blurted out the first thing that came to mind:
"You're kind of scary, you know that?"
Minho blinked. For a moment Jisung thought he was going to get angry, or close the notebook and walk away. But no. The left corner of his lips moved. Half a millimeter. Maybe less.
"Well, you're funny," Minho said, and his voice came out deeper than Jisung had expected.
"Funny?"
"Funny. With that hair."
Jisung instinctively touched his bangs. Then he smiled, because he didn't know how to do anything else when someone fired back.
"Okay, giant. You win that one."
"Giant?"
"Look at you. You're enormous. You look like a lighthouse."
"And you're a goblin."

"Let me see if I've understood this correctly," he said, taking a breath.
"Go ahead."
"You met this person on the street." Felix pointed with one finger, ticking off each point. "He told you a story about a bag. You ran away. He followed you. A car was about to hit you. And he threw himself at you to get you clear."
"Yes."
"And you brought the bleeding stranger home."
"What did you want me to do?"
"I don't know, hyung! Not bring home the unknown alpha who was following you down the street, for one!"
"He wasn't following me!" Chan and Minho said again, simultaneously.
"Hyung, this is genuinely something to frame."
"Don't start, Felix."

Chan just wanted to buy chocolates. Instead he got an alpha who stopped him at midnight to tell him about the time he was chased by a plastic bag, almost got hit by a car, and ended up bleeding in his kitchen while Felix interrogated him and Hyunjin took photos "just in case."

Summary
Seungmin continues staring at him. Something uncomfortable tickles at the divot between Minho’s ribcage, nerves flaring up that he’s quick to quash. “I didn’t mean to say that,” Seungmin says. “That I need to talk to you, I– I wasn’t planning on doing this tonight.”
“I really despise the path that this conversation is going down,” Minho complains, standing up and crossing the short space into the kitchen– up closer, he can see the sleepy ruffle of Seungmin’s hair, his flighty attention. Drunk Seungmin tends to be markedly spaced-out, but this Seungmin seems grounded, uncomfortably so. “Just say what’s on your mind, yes?”
“I’m gay, hyung.”
For a moment, Minho just looks at him.
Seungmin stares back like he’s trying to draw out a reaction– hands tangled with one another, brow furrowed, cheeks sucked in slightly and something glinting in his eyes. If he were a better hyung, Minho would rush forward in support, offer words of compassion, tell him he’s loved, but– but Minho just looks at him.

“So, I was passing by the park and saw these huge rose bushes and remembered you. There was a flower shop on my way here, so I just….” Jisung starts, trailing off and pressing the flowers nervously into Hyunjin’s hands. "You smell like flowers. And you have them all over your apartment. I don’t know, now every time I see flowers I think of you.”
Hyunjin pulls away from the bouquet and stares at Jisung, baffled, “It’s the middle of spring, Jisung. There are flowers everywhere.”
“I must be thinking about you all the time then.”
He promptly hears Minho choke from his seat in the living room.
Hyunjin has loved and been dumped more times than he can count. Just when he thinks to give up on love, there comes Jisung, stumbling into his life.

Summary
Chan would be the first to defend Minho had anyone accused their main dancer of being cold and heartless.
Over the years, Minho had proven time and time again just how warm-hearted, good-natured, and kind-spirited he actually was despite the intimidating, sarcastic, threatening exterior he conveniently displayed whenever they were on camera.
That man cared a lot towards the younger members. Chan was sure of it.
He was as sure of it as he was of the fact that, somehow, for some unknown reason, Minho cared only for the younger members. That Minho disliked him.
But it was not like Minho was ever mean to him. Chan was just too observant to overlook the fact that Minho just treated him… differently.
