Summary
Harry Potter, tired of the relentless abuse by his "family", decides to risk it all and finds a way to escape his abusive household. He didn't know what to expect, but it certainly wasn't this. Harry had managed to find himself in the care of Arthur Kirkland and Francis Bonnefoy. He soon considers the two and their fellow nations as his very own family, a family that would finally treat him as if he was one of their own.
Meanwhile, the Wizarding world panics as the Boy Who Lived disappears without a trace. Assuming he had been taken out in an act of vengeance for the downfall of the Dark Lord by a rogue Death Eater, no one expected him to show up at Hogwarts. They certainly wouldn't have expected him to live comfortably amongst immortal Nations, ones that were only considered a myth.
( or What if Harry Potter, the Boy Who Lived, wasn't raised by the Dursley family but by the nations of England and France? )

Heaven is going under reconstruction. A couple of souls are sent out on the path of reincarnation which unfortunately includes one Dean Winchester and Sam soon follows. Cas sets out to watch over them which is hard to do when their reincarnations are Jason Todd and Tim Drake. Chaos ensues.
However, not everything that slipped into the reincarnation cycle was human souls. Not that Team Free Will 3.0 knows about it. Oh, and yes, the Mystery Gang from Scooby Doo appears.

“It doesn’t matter now anyway,” John interrupts. “I need to talk to you about something,” his eyes flit back to Jess. “Alone.”
“No,” Sam steps back, winds an arm around her waist. He’s tense, she can feel him vibrating against her. She squeezes him back, subtly. “You have something to say, you say it here.”
She can see the conflict play out over John’s face. He’s stubborn, she’s sensing that’s probably where Sam gets it from, but there’s something else at play here, something that had him breaking into his estranged son’s apartment after four years.
“It’s your brother,” he says eventually, and Jess feels Sam’s sharp inhale like an electric shock. “He’s on a hunting trip, and he hasn’t been home in a few days.”
