Summary
Kokichi was an omega, and to his misfortune, the academy didn't supply heat or rut suppressants, leaving him helpless when his heat finally hit. It was his first heat in 8 years, and it hit him hard. Despite the frustration and uncontrollable arousal he faced, he knew he couldn't stay hidden in his room forever, so he went to the dining hall to stock up on all of the food he would need to get through the week.
Unfortunately for Kokichi, though, Kaito's rut arrived the same day, and he had the same idea as Kokichi. When Kaito ran into Kokichi at the dining hall, he couldn't resist temptation, and took him back to his dorm.
What starts out as kicking and screaming fueled by anger and terror gradually grows into something more tender as the week progresses.
tldr; Alpha Kaito forces himself on Omega Kokichi, and they're forced to get used to each other

Summary
There wasn't any other way to put it. Kokichi was depressed.
Ever since he had graduated from Hope's Peak and D.I.C.E. dissolved, he hadn't known what to do with his life. He had ended up with a painfully boring office job, a house with bills and mortgage to pay, and a child.

Summary
It was April 22nd, the anniversary of his graduation from Hope's Peak. It was the first year that everyone in the class was 20, so they had decided to meet up for some drinks at a nice bar in Tokyo after they all met up at the academy.
Kokichi was never big on drinking, but as the night went on, he couldn't help but have a drink. Then another. Then a few shots.
At the end of the night, Kokichi was shitfaced.
Kaito wasn't allowed to drink as an astronaut trainee, and luckily for Kokichi, offered to drive him home.

Summary
Kaito feels his own breaths coming in short and breathes in Kokichi's scent. The overwhelming musk of sweat fills his senses, along with the faint smell of candy, sweet and pure and undeserving of death. He lets the unadulterated thoughts of Kokichi flood his synapses, drowning out any other white noise of the situation.
OR: Kaito takes Kokichi's scarf instead of flushing it down the toilet. He makes use of it in the Exisal.

Summary
Kokichi’s always been a bit of an anomaly. A freak, if you will.
He wonders if Shuichi is one too, especially when he feels the latter slowly sliding his slender hands down Kokichi’s sides, uncertain where to place them. The accidental petting motion—and it has to be an accident, right, because there is no way in hell that Shuichi Saihara is knowingly feeling him up in the middle of the courtyard at three-o’-fucking-clock at night—leaves Kokichi viciously biting at his lips. A second more of this and he will surely start keening, and, in turn, that will kill him, annihilate their tentative partnership and completely lay waste to this bizarre thing that they have going on. If Kokichi responds positively to Shuichi’s cautious, deceptively tender touches, the latter boy will never approach him again. Not unless he is armed with a broom in one hand, and Maki Harukawa in the other.
Patience is a virtue.
Unfortunately for Shuichi Saihara, Kokichi Ouma is neither patient, nor virtuous.

Summary
After a series of events, Kokichi and Kaito find themselves trapped in a virtual reality machine where a minute stretches on for days.
Tensions run high as the two discover that being stranded in a simulation means that the laws of reality may not apply here. What follows is a long road of pain and suffering but also a strange and unlikely bond.
This is a canon-divergent story that takes place directly after the 4th trial in Dangan Ronpa V3.
