Summary
For some people, it's impossible to survive in this world by playing by the rules. No matter what, you'll lose.
That is the case for Rose and Ichor, a homeless teenager and his sentient quirk who've been stuck on the streets for years now. Having already been through hell and back, when their only friend suggests using villainy to drag themselves to their feet, they grab the opportunity with the desperation of a stray mutt being presented with fresh meat. Before long, however, they get wrapped up in a century-long rivalry, tangled threads of countless injustices and plots behind the scenes, strained loyalties and long-wilted dreams.
Fighting is no longer just about surviving. They have something, someones, to fight for.

Summary
Rose and Ichor have no desire to be heroes - far from it, in fact. But, thanks to a cruel twist of fate and just one bad day, they're now wards under Yuuei's supervision, aiming for the hero course. They just have to get through a year of middle school hell, intense training, and various less-than-legal excursions beforehand.
This can't possibly go wrong. Right?

Siren snorted. “No. I’m just here to order some food.”
“Wh-What about him?” The cashier asked, glancing at Tommy. “Did you- did you kidnap him?”
“I mean… yeah, let’s go with that in case this ends up on the news,” Siren shrugged, looking back at Tommy. “I kidnapped you, right?”
“Yeah, sure,” Tommy agreed, knowing that if they said he was kidnapped, it would keep people from getting suspicious of why he was seen in public with Siren. “Anyway, can I get the chicken nuggets happy meal, with a coke?”
or, how Tommy—who is not a hero, or a villain, or even a vigilante—saves the life of one of L'Manberg's most feared supervillains, and accidentally ends up becoming the resident doctor for every supervillain in town (and maybe gets a family along the way too).

Summary
Izuku was homeless for years and bitter at the corruption plaguing the hero community, and that was before he was thrown in jail for no reason. Five years latter Izuku is released by the only respectable pro hero he had ever met, Eraserhead, who just wants to know who the new dealer in the undercity is and how to stop the new drug that is running ramped in the undercity. Izuku might help the heroes, or he might not. Izuku only knows that no one ever helped him, so he is going to everything thing in his nonexistent power to help anyone else who should ever need it.

The sight before him makes him feel sick.
Katsuki, his childhood friend, is bound by thick chains and leather straps to a giant slab of cement while Midnight, Powerloader, Cementoss, and Aizawa surround him. Midnight and Powerloader are clearly struggling to shackle him as Katsuki thrashes against his bindings, trying to smack them repeatedly with the metal block his hands are trapped in. His enraged cries are muffled by the muzzle on his face.

A deleted scene from chapter 15 of The Roundabout Way of Fate in which the teachers attempt to force Katsuki to attend the Sports Festival awards ceremony. It doesn't end well for them :)
