"Christ!" Mickey yells out, nearly jumping out of his skin. "The fuck are you doin'?"
"Mickey," Ian slurs unhelpfully, gripping at his cheeks hard enough that Mickey feels his face getting squished.
"Ian, fuckin'—" his voice comes out muffled, pulling at Ian's hands without any success. "Let go of me you—!"
Before he can finish, Ian lurches forward again, tries to get their faces closer together in what Mickey can only assume is a really shitty attempt at kissing him, which pushes way more weight onto him and causes him to stumble backwards.
"Fuckin'—" Mickey squawks as their legs get tangled together, his eyes widening as gravity suddenly inverts and he loses his footing, falling back onto the couch.
He has approximately half of a second to think to himself this is going to hurt, before Ian's full weight crushes down onto him and knocks the wind right out from his lungs.
"Jesus," he wheezes as Ian scrambles on top of him, getting his hands back on Mickey's face.

The thought scares him shitless and fucks with his brain. Some crazy, deranged part of him wants little footsteps around the apartment. It's almost like a craving, the way he thinks about Ian holding a tiny baby in his arms cradled into the corner of his elbow.
It makes him sick, because his very next thought is Terry. They say parents are supposed to fuck their kids up, but not like this. He hates how scared he is of becoming Terry.

"No," he says defensively, before pressing play with a bit more force than necessary. And hey, if it does end up being boring, he's sure he and Ian can make things more… entertaining by themselves. "Fine. Whatever, why the fuck not?"

He quirks his eyebrow. "Having fun there?"
"Hi," Mickey says instead of answering, voice absent of its usual gruff. He sounds younger when he gets like this, and it never fails to make Ian's heart squeeze with tenderness.
"Hey," he smiles.

"What the fuck happened to your arm?" Ian asks, crossing the remaining distance between them lightning quick, his voice hard in the way it gets when he's upset.
He looks down at his arm, notices how blood has seeped through the initial bandages, which makes it looks way worse than it actually is. Mickey shrugs.
"Some stupid kid at the new— hey, watch it!" he yells out as Ian grabs his bicep, pulling his arm towards him. It doesn't hurt or anything, Ian doesn't even graze the injury, but still. A warning would've been nice.
"Who the hell bandaged this? It's horrible," Ian says, brows furrowed.
"Me, dipshit," Mickey replies dryly.

Mickey is a very smart man. He knew he would not be able to survive without learning Spanish, not in a cartel in Mexico. Thankfully he found an unlikely friend to help him learn.
The best part of all of this is not the fact that he is actually bilingual now, and therefore better than Lip, but that his 9-inch stud seem to be absolutely incapable of resisting Mickey when he talks Spanish.

Mickey's on his side, one arm beneath his head and the other curled to his chest, a knee bent while the other leg lays straight out. He's got one of their blankets draped over what was probably supposed to be his torso, but the heat makes it so that Mickey had bunched it more around his hips instead, providing no real coverage. But most important to note, Mickey's asleep.
Ian rounds the couch, careful not to make any noise that could wake him, and crouches next to his husband to get a better look.
