As much as Loki loves the rush of a victory well earned, the noisy and idiotic parties that followed were not as favorable.
Cheers and congratulations filled the room, echoing their victory throughout the entire village as the team of six settled down for a late night celebration. Peter Quill and Luna ran the party, of course, keeping music playing and drinks flowing till the team of morons were completely incapacitated. As they began to grow and work together as an unconventional team, their successes and therefore parties also grew in number.
To the disappointment of the new king of Asgard, Loki.

It takes Homeowner a full minute of standing in front of the kitchen door psyching himself up before actually going inside. The neighbor's daughter looks up at Homeowner like she expects her father to walk in instead before going back to shuffling and playing with Fortune teller's tarot cards, her eyes still red from crying.
"We've yet to finalize an appropriate rental agreement." Armchair lawyer guy materializes in front of Homeowner and he has to refrain from turning around, leaving the room and walking out into the scorching sun.
"…And how do I do that exactly?" Homeowner asks, not even bothering to hide how annoyed he is.
"Uhm, do you mean to tell me you don't even have the requisite paperwork on hand? Then… I suggest you find a notary and procure them, hm? Tsk, honestly."
