Surviving during the war meant more than just fighting Sith Lords and battle droids, it meant fighting daily for hope, for strength, for the ability to endure. Surviving the aftermath should be easier. But it isn't always. Obi-Wan has felt broken for a long time, but he's never had the chance to actually break.
