Older-Bakugo was looking at Kirishima like he was the damn sun. Eyes soft, mouth pulled into the gentlest fucking curve Bakugo had ever seen on his own face, like he wanted to get up, walk over, hold his face, kiss his damn forehead.

Which was why he was instantly on guard when he walked in one morning to see a new face standing behind the counter.
Well, actually, first he saw his hair. Stop-sign red and styled up into spikes. Between that and the way-too-wide smile that stretched across his face, he was almost hard to look at directly.

Suguru couldn’t help but laugh. Gojo Satoru, pride of the Gojo clan, adored by hundreds and feared by thousands, leaving behind his clans estate and the many caretakers he could have cater to near every need, all to live in some random apartment with normal guy Suguru, no unique clan history or upbringing in sight. It sounded like something out of a fairytale.
“Have you lost your mind?” Suguru chuckled again. “Wait, don’t answer that.”
Satoru propped himself up on one elbow to look over at Suguru who had a soft smile painted on his lips. How could he tell him that he wanted his company late into the night and as early as the sun would rise? That everyday things like showers or getting ready for bed or walking to class or making lunch only felt worthwhile when he wasn’t alone?
“C’monnn, I’m serious. Besides, who’s gonna wash my hair?”
