The punch came like a bag of bricks straight into his fucking face. Loggs had loaded his fist full of Hamon and shattered it right against his forehead. Joseph stumbled a step backwards, pushed by the immense power, then crashed to the floor like a sack of potatoes.
His ears were ringing, breathing cut off. If by the impact of rock against his spine or the mask affixed to his face he could not have said.
With blurred vision he could just barely make out thick legs walking over towards him, then his teacher squatting down and forcefully slapping a hand to his cheek to help him regain consciousness.

‘Hikaru’ picked up on his nerves. He grinned. Yoshiki’s eyes immediately went to his snaggletooth; it was his favorite part of Hikaru’s smile.

_Odysseus decides to call out to Athena for help, but the name that leaves his mouth instead makes his head spin.

Kira decided to push his luck, comforted by the gradual ebb of the stranger's aggression. He leaned forward in his seat to regard the other, his eyes softening into something almost amicable. "I introduced myself. People ordinarily return the favor."
The stranger paused, and for a fleeting moment, Yoshikage was certain that he was immobile. "Mm." He hummed a thoughtful sound and began to pour a second drink for himself. Once he was finished, he slid an empty glass along the table toward his company. "...Doppio."
Any average individual would've taken the lie with a grain of salt and moved on believing it, naive to the trickery they'd been subjected to. Yoshikage Kira had lied all his life. He was not about to fall for a poor one, and certainly not one told by an individual so beguiling. Leaning forward even further, he plucked the bottle from his company's hand and poured himself a drink, swirling the contents around with a brief scoff. "Liar."
Or, Yoshikage Kira narrowly avoids capture by fleeing to Italy.

The new transfer student, Kakyoin, brought drama to a school starving for it. His arrival put new targets on his back and girls fawning over his red hair, but beyond all that he made Jotaro feel strange. After all, photographic memory and an overwhelming acuteness for precision weren't things that popped up naturally out of nowhere. Kakyoin's ghost probably had something to do with it and nothing to do with Jotaro understanding how the girls felt.

Tsukasa, in the few moments he has, assesses the situation he’s found himself in. Below him is the maid from before, a knife driven right into their chest. She’s dead. In front of him are two figures. One being Takahshi, who sits at the edge of the bed cowering in fear. Beside him, a knife gripped tightly in their left hand, can only be the villain of this whole ordeal.
However, it’s not who he expects to see. Not in a million years. Tsukasa’s heart drops in his chest as he sees someone all too familiar. Purple hair and yellow eyes. They stare back at him, face just as surprised.
“Tsukasa-kun?” They whisper softly, not a hint of ill intent in their voice. He hates how innocent they sound. Hates how betrayed it makes him feel.
