Summary
The city offers employees a shoddy benefits package, but Jongho is a man for the details. He’s also heard that this is only offered because the city wants to keep workers busy and their minds on the task at hand. That’s fine with Jongho. He’s grateful they would pay a matching service to connect him with a willing omega who is also looking for something simple.

“They said I lied,” Hongjoong said, remembering the looks on the guards faces, the way one of them had punched him in the gut and threatened to make him regret lying.
“Did you?” omega asked. There was no curiosity in the voice, like he was asking the question just to entertain Hongjoong or be polite, not because he actually cared for the answer.
