The argument has been going for eleven minutes.
This is not unusual.
What is unusual is the location—the corridor outside OR three is not, technically, a designated space for interdepartmental disputes. There is a process for that. There is a form. The form is a single page, double-sided, and it asks the parties to describe the nature of the conflict in neutral language and to identify three potential resolutions.
Dr. Geto and Dr. Gojo have never filled out this form.
The administrator who handles this form stopped expecting them to at around the four-month mark, approximately six years ago.
or: Geto and Gojo work in the same hospital. This is, according to most of the staff, a mistake.

Summary
Satoru has lived most of his life in relative isolation. Satoru still hasn’t moved, and he can feel his glasses sliding down his nose. He clears his throat, and his heart begins to thump again, albeit erratically.
