Harua was like that, a bandage who had hid the sorrow away for a few minutes of conversation, leaving the wound merely sore and forgotten. The pain came back throbbing as soon as he went down the hill.

Summary
Ilya’s hand wraps around his bare wrist and squeezes. Shane barely stops himself from collapsing to his knees.
The pressure lights up every receptor of his touch-starved nervous system, wrenching a small, pained noise from the back of his throat. Every muted sensation comes flooding back so intensely that it almost hurts. He needs Ilya to hold him down until there’s nothing inside him but quiet. He wants to sink into him and disappear.
It takes Shane an entire beat to remember where they are. Fighting against the fog in his mind, he manages to drag his gaze up to meet Ilya’s.
There’s a slow-dawning horror and understanding on Ilya’s face.

“I don’t know,” Nicholas tries to explain, “I mean, like, I haven’t even seen you two kiss.”
And that’s true, he hasn’t seen it. But he keeps picturing them in his mind. He can’t stop. Some days it’s all he thinks about, and not just kissing.
Fuma and Euijoo look at each other. They communicate with their eyes. Euijoo smiles, and then they’re both leaning in and meeting in the middle for a brief, chaste kiss.
The world doesn’t end.
Fuma turns to him. “Happy?”
Against all odds, Euijoo and Fuma start dating. Maybe a live demonstration will cure Nicholas of his disbelief.

“You’re paying,” Gyuvin said, giving into the firm press of Ricky’s thumbs working against his traps.
“Of course. Daddy always takes care of you.”
Ricky got hit after that, but they also booked their vacation. A full week, right after Christmas. New Years on a beach instead of knee deep in snow, Gyuvin could never say no to that. He can never say no to Ricky, period.
(OR: Gyuvin goes on vacation and all he gets is gayer (and heatstroke!))

Nicholas rolls his eyes, the corner of his mouth pulling upwards into—and Euijoo hates to say it, because it sounds like a fucking cliche, and he is so not that kind of boy—but it’s a smirk. Wang Nicholas is smirking at Byun Euijoo. “All of my friends know each other,” he says, slowly, leaning forward. “And their friends know each other too, ad infinitum. So I need someone outside of that group, since they’d all know immediately that I was lying if I showed up with someone they knew. You get me?”
“You need me because I’m boring,” Euijoo summarises. “And because nobody knows me.”
“Something like that,” says Nicholas, and he looks way too casual for someone who’s asking another boy to fake date him.
or: Nicholas is really hot, really rich, and really far out of Euijoo’s league. So, what does he need Euijoo for?

Of course Taerae is going to be supportive when his husband decides to start taking testosterone again. He still has to set a few boundaries, though. For example—they can’t quit their jobs to just fuck all day, even if Matthew does get turned on by literally everything Taerae does. And everything means everything.
It is a little flattering, at the very least.
