Summary
The older Mike and Eleven got, the harder it became for anyone to pretend they were still kids. It was especially hard for Hopper. First it had been manageable - a movie evening here and a bike ride there, Mike stopping by the cabin after school. Normal things that didn’t really worry Hopper, but made him glad that Eleven could taste the normal life with her friends, without worrying about monsters or “bad men” hurting her. The issue was… She mostly hung out with one person and it was Mike Wheeler. And it became clear as day that he was nowhere near “just a friend” of hers.
OR
Mike and Eleven discover new ways of being close to one another. Despite all the rules and punishments that keep being thrown in their face.

Summary
Full season 5 Mileven rewrite for if the Duffer's cared about their characters development. Follows my rewrite of s4, but reading part 1 is not needed to understand, just much preferred.
“We had a date tonight,” Mike kicked a jagged rock as they made their way through the trees, neither in any rush to return to class on time. “I know that that doesn’t mean jackshit compared to fighting Vecna. It's just…It’s been a year and a half. We’re thirty crawls in, and we’ve gotten nowhere. El can’t find him, Will’s mostly fine, and Max is doing her physical therapy.”
“I get it. It just might take a hundred crawls to get it over with and get that type of freedom,” Lucas muttered, crossing his arms. “You really want out of here that badly?”
“If I can get her away from Hawkins, I’d do gas station food, motels, and live out of my damn car the rest of my life if it meant she could actually have a chance. If there’s no future for her here, then there isn’t one for me either.”
Mike looked back at the boys in the distance with sorrow stained on his features. He knew what would become of this.
“I can’t see a world where staying here works out for us.”

Summary
Basically insight into what happened during the Byers time in Lenora leading up to the time skip between season 4 to 5 and a season 5 rewrite! Everything for season 4 insight will be the Byers time in California up to the rink o mania situation, then we go to what happened between the Byers returning to Hawkins and season 5 using all povs, the that leads up to a rewrite of season 5! Anyways please enjoy and I have some other stranger things fanfics too! Fair warning I changed Mike’s birthday to November and El’s to January for continuation purposes!
