"And my friend, Sanghyeok, needs a roommate," Sungho continued, tapping the edge of his phone against his palm. "Desperately. He is looking at this massive well-priced unit right in the center of the district. Perfect location. South-facing windows. But there is a catch."
Jaehyun narrowed his eyes, a familiar cynicism creeping in. "What kind of catch?"
"The building management only leases to young couples. It is an exclusive community initiative. They want a specific, curated demographic," Sungho explained, leaning back in his chair, the gears visibly turning in his head. "Sanghyeok has the deposit ready. He even has a dog. Well, a newly adopted puppy. But he lacks a partner to sign the lease. You lack an apartment. It is simple math."
Jaehyun stared at him. "You want me to commit housing fraud with a stranger."

“Yah— Don't laugh!” Jisung reaches out to push at Minho's hip. Minho could have caught Jisung’s hand, but he lets himself be shoved anyway. In a quieter voice, Jisung adds, “I'll get nervous.”
“Nervous?” Minho decides to finally sit on the mattress to see Jisung better, but even at eye level, Jisung looks small in front of him. “For what?”
“For my first time…” The corner of Jisung’s mouth lifts and he pauses just to smile, coy and lovely. He tries again. “I’m nervous for my first time with hyung.”
Minho has some unresolved jealousy about not being Jisung’s first. Jisung comes up with a solution.

Summary
Jisung wonders how they never managed to cross paths. He even brings it up to Chan, as nonchalantly as possible, and gets some vague answer about their schedules never lining up. Something cheesy about how it wasn't in the stars for them to meet yet.
It's making it increasingly hard for Jisung to keep himself in check. He knew the moment he met Minho that he was at severe risk of falling in love. His only line of defense was the fact that he was only supposed to see the guy once.
So he's working over time at repressing his emotions, but honestly that's nothing new for him. And Minho doesn't say anything, he's incredibly respectful of Jisung's request for their friends not to know about their little escapade. Which makes it worse for Jisung, by the way, because why couldn't Minho have just been an asshole that goes around flaunting the fact that he made Jisung come untouched?
or, Jisung wants to lose his virginity, Minho is really good in bed, and they also go to the aquarium at one point.
