Summary
“Pretend? Like pretending to date? Vi, are you delirious? When was the last time you ate? Is it a concussion? Have you been wearing your proper lacrosse gear?” Caitlyn rubs her temples, massaging them as if her head was on the verge of exploding.
“I’m just saying, we could both get something out of keeping this up.”
“It has to be a concussion,” Caitlyn murmurs under her breath.
Vi rolls her eyes at her dramatics, picking up her bag and throwing the strap over her shoulder before hopping out.
Caitlyn leans her head against the rest behind her, closing her eyes and clenching her long digits around the leather wheel.
Vi leans back down into the car, her hand on the roof as she pokes her head back in. “You don’t have to give me an answer now. Just… think about it.”
She finally shuts the door, leaving Caitlyn to do what she does best.
Caitlyn takes a while to pull away, but as soon as The Last Drop’s door shuts behind Vi, she’s gone.💌💙💘💌
Caitlyn and Vi are trying to juggle responsibilities, insecurities, family issues and their futures all at once when Caitlyn's old love letters accidentally get out and show them a new way of living.

Summary
“When did you start smoking?” Caitlyn asks, brushing the stray crumbs away from her lips. Vi’s not sure if she realizes that she’s leaning further and further into her space.
Her sapphire iris is being completely swallowed up by her pupils, the area around it reddening. She’s a little flushed and her lips look incredibly soft.
“A while after I stopped drinking.”
Caitlyn hums, but she doesn’t lean back satisfied. She keeps staring, her head tilted slightly at Vi as she wipes her mouth a few more times. So proper.
Vi holds the eye contact. Not because she wants to, but because that just seems to be what happens.
“Do you have family around here?”
The question takes a minute to compute since Vi’s a little distracted by the strength of Caitlyn’s nose.
“Something like that.”
Vi should be annoyed. She is, actually.
Her smoke sessions are supposed to be chill, relaxing and quiet. Not lonely, alone. Now Caitlyn’s asking questions she doesn’t really need answers to.
And she’s leaning into Vi’s space like she wants to be there.
“You’re so interesting, Vi.”
Not hot. Not cool. Not sexy.
Interesting.

Summary
Only for a little while were Caitlyn and Vi fond of each-other. What was meant to be a heartfelt, childhood friendship was never that, but an eternal game of hide and seek.
Was it hate, or envy? Greed, or.. love
Or.. 🥹
Caitlyn never knew why Vi disliked her off the bat after they met as children, now she’s tutoring her English for the sake of being a wingwoman.

Summary

Responding to an ad, Vi agreed to become the world's worst date, which goes about as expected.
Neither of them expects to see the other again afterwards, but fate has other plans. When they end up working together, friendship slowly becomes something more, but only if they can get past rules, misunderstandings and their own stubbornness.
