“Of course,” Kara says gently, “Lena’s my best friend, she -”
“I know you think of me as a villain,” Lillian smirks, “or a horrible mother to Lena, or a bitch. I did not consider you take me for a fool. You love her.”
“I -”
“It’s bad form to lie to someone on their deathbed.” Lillian cuts her off, “You are in love with her.” She states matter-of-factly, “And in any other circumstances, you could rest assured I would go out of my way to try and keep you away from her but now,” she swallows, “I think I am at peace with it.” She pauses, “Does she know?”
OR
Lillian Luthor never explicitly told Lena she loved her but in the end, when it mattered, she decided actions do speak louder than words.

Lorraine Danvers-Luthor, Lorelai Danvers-Luthor, Roxanne Danvers-Arias, Laurel Lance-Sharpe and Dinah Lance-Sharpe were neither heroes nor time travelers. That was their mothers' duty. Everyone knew Supergirl and Superwoman, just as the whole world had come to understand that Lena Luthor was different from her family and was, in fact, a force for good. Alex Danvers had a much more discreet but vital job to keep the world safe. As for Sara Lance and Ava Sharpe, the world could probably never know what they did, how they constantly saved time, but they were heroes; actually, they were legends.
However, when the Waverider is stolen and taken back to a time when everything was much more complicated, the five girls need to embrace the legacy of their families if they want to have any hope of saving not only their loved ones, but their very existence.

Following the 100th episode of Supergirl, Metallo Lena crosses universes and ends up at LuthorCorp, set on getting her revenge on Supergirl. Kara not only has to deal with someone trying to kill her again, she also has to explain to her best friend why and how her carbon-copy is walking around LuthorCorp, and has to keep her sister from actually killing the Other Lena.
And why is it easier to talk to the Other Lena who wants to kill her than it is to talk to her actual best friend?

Evil Lena ends up in National City and Kara can't seem to stay away from her. Her Lena isn't too pleased.

Elphaba has never believed in love at first sight, but it must be real if she can feel this strongly towards a stranger. She doesn’t feel love though. Definitely not. She likes Fiyero… right?
One day Galinda had all of a sudden decided to give Elphie a makeover, something about making her popular. The feeling of Galinda inspecting her body in each new outfit, preferring the ones that show more skin, made her feel weird… a good weird. When the pink covered girl criticized her underwear and bra, calling them granny panties, Elphaba felt butterflies. Butterflies purely from hatred… right?
Elphaba found herself at a lingerie store the next day, subconsciously wanting to impress her roommate.
