Kama had always been a weird one, in this life and his past one. He supposes this is what happens if you're raised to be a holy wish-granting artifact your whole life. Always knowing too much about the future, and the past, but never having enough power to change it. Like Illya his past self, always in fear of the future, always fearing his fate as a sacrifice. Paranoid and because of that paranoia never being able to live out his present. So he's given a new life, aware that this will turn out exactly like his last one, but more perfect. It was simple, learn some new skills, blend into the background, plot out his plans in said background, and die in some manner that'll traumatize Itachi forever. Go on a killing spree if the clan elders don't start seeing both him and Itachi more than just a means to an end.
For the last one, he was joking... Ok, maybe not too far from the truth in that regard but still, it's a joke.
But as always nothing ever goes his way.
