They spent their childhoods apart because Touya was away to train, so his quirk wouldn't burn him. Maybe that's why the two have never quite developed the normal kind of feelings towards each other that usually comes with a traditional sibling relationship.)

The apprentice feels sorry for Lucio’s ghostlyness and decides to try out a spell to give him a more physical form, however the spell escalates a little and suddenly he’s not just more corporeal, but also quite literally.... electrifying....
