(This is a story I was half-planning when watching the 2012 series, but was having issues getting around it with Splinter being the parent. Then I watched the space arc and knew exactly what I had to do. Suddenly it was perfect.
I go into depths of Donatello as a character and explore his amazing brain and personality, plus give him a bit of free therapy.)

"What in the..." Leo's crouched position allowed him to take a look at his shell, and he covered his mouth in shock. "Your shell..."
"It's not as bad as it looks," Leo grunted, his expression telling otherwise.
"Liar," Raph said in a sing-song voice- holding tighter onto Mikey and Donnie when he spotted his shell. "...Ah, damn. Your shells look like those Picasso paintings."
"As if your shell is very pretty at the moment." Donnie huffed. And cringed at the sight of Mikey's eyes. "Dude."
"Mhhfff." If he said something, it was muffled by Raph's shoulder.
"Hey- uhm. Turtle dudes?" The four glanced up when they heard one of the humans who helped Splinter speak, awkwardly rubbing the back of their neck. "You need a hospital- a vet? Those injuries can't be good."

In universe 2003, Donnie tries to experiment with the inter dimensional gun the 1987 turtles had given him. Instead, he accidentally creates a multiversal chat room for many different versions of his brothers, and counting.
It certainly makes life…interesting.TLDR: multiverse group chat between most iterations of the turtles. Starts with 2003, 2012 and 2018 but more are added as I go. 50% plot and 50% chaos.

He could feel his pulse.
His brother was alive.
Just as Mikey was about to pull him back, his hand froze mid-air, screaming suddenly filling his ears.
Different voices, voices that belonged to him- his brothers, filled the air, all different kinds and messes of different conversations jumbled together, unable to know what conversation was about what, overwhelming his senses.
Behind the portal, he could see different versions of his family- a shorter Raphael, a beast Leonardo, a crazy Michelangelo, an abusive Splinter, a dead Donatello, all different kinds of stories and worlds.
The worlds closest to the Prison Dimension.
Which world was theirs?
OrAfter the events of the movie, instead of bringing Leo home, Mikey manages to somehow, bring his brother to the 2012 dimension instead.
Now, unable to reach his brothers and his ninpo acting odd, the 2012 crew has to find a way to return the younger Leonardo back home.
While the rise dimension tries to find ways to accept their loss.

Mikey made the first step out of the portal only for his face to completely morph into one of distraught and failure. “It seems I was too late…”
His eyes drooped slightly and a sigh he didn’t know he held so deeply escaped him, causing the counter part to shift in his general direction with weapons almost immediately drawn.
The younger version stumbled back, raising a hand to his face in defence.
“Wait I’m a friend, I’m a friend!!” He shouted, watching as the older version slowly let down his guard seeing the young turtle clearly had no intention of causing harm. It only seemed the shock of getting his older brothers swept away from him kept him on high alert.
“Who are you…?” Questioned the older one. His eyes locked onto his younger version with eager questioning.
“Allow me to formally introduce myself!” He jumped to his feet with a kick in his step and lunged an extended hand at the freckled turtled.
“Hello! Nice to meet you. I’m Michelangelo!”
OR -
Big Mama decides to take the Leo’s Raphs, and Donnie’s of the universe to put in her battle nexus. Leaving their younger (more childish) siblings to team up and rescue them before worse damage can be done.Bookmarked by KrispyKalzone

Uno limped as fast as he could to the tank, his younger siblings were in there. He yelled for them, or at least tried to. The only thing that came out was a muffled trill. The ringing in his ears never stopped.
“guys!” Uno shouted desperately, “get outta there!”
The fire spread too quickly. It swung around every entrance, blocking Unos rescue.
There was a tinge from the engine. Uno didn't hear it. His ears were not settling fast enough. He kept limping forward, pressing onward burns wouldn't hurt him if he had his siblings.
The tinge grew louder, but Uno didn't hear it.
The engine blew, and a loud explosion rang through Unos ears as the fire carried him further from his family.

Or in other words, Uno and his siblings are transported to the Rise universe
