Summary
When Alastor was alive, dating someone was a fantastic way to create an alibi. though, those relationships were often short lived ending in a delicious meal for one and a corpse somewhere at the bottom of the bayou. There was only one cover that, unintentionally, became more. But that was the past, it ended the same way all his "romantic" relationships ended. He didn't think he loved her anyway, he didn't feel things in the conventional sense and he had been aware of that far longer than most. Now though, 100 years later in the afterlife, that same cover was staring him in the face and little more then livid. Her son is his arch-rival, and then there's something about a curse? How could she even be in Hell? She was the kindest person he had ever known. Either Heaven has some ridiculously high standards, or something else is at play.
how can a single gone-wrong meeting with Lucifer result in so much fallout?

Alastor riles up Lucifer only to abandon him at the last minute asking to be chased. After searching through Pentagram City he comes across an abandoned church in the Doomsday District where the sinner lies in wait.
Approaching the confessional booth in the dusky corner a voice calls out.
"Forgive me Father for I have sinned."

Lucifer closes his eyes with another sigh. He crosses his arms over his stomach, simulating the hug he so desperately needs.
There’s a lot he can say here.
Like how Alastor makes his hopeless heart flutter with the belief that maybe dreams are still possible; that Alastor makes him feel something, anything, everything all at once, and it is as heavenly as it is torturous.
But all he can manage, in a voice so small he can scarcely believe it’s his own, is, “He makes me laugh.”

Summary
One month after an unfortunate meal of lust demon meat changes everything between them, Alastor and Lucifer find themselves with a new foe on the radar. One that looks suspiciously similar to the Radio Demon himself, and brings back an avalanche of memories and emotions Alastor had thought long buried.
Their new foe in league with Vox, and posing a serious threat to Charlie and her Hotel, it falls to our disagreeable duo to eliminate the competition. And perhaps begin to untangle the mess of their not-quite-relationship along the way.
