Summary
Tickle Me Deadly was written by a classmate of mine for a previous assignment, and, of course, when it came up in class, of course, I had a million questions. Why would Elmo murder? What would turn him to this life? How does this story prove a perfect example of the hero's journey? Of the never-ending story of humanity and our slow personal changes before a return to before, not the same but forever different?

There is a big difference between a trans man exploring his identity/sexuality through fanfiction, and a cis writer misrepresenting what it means to be FTM. If you're a cis writer with the best of intentions, I hope these guidelines and resources will assist you in improving your treatment of trans men.

Summary
Steve wakes up battered and bruised in the back of his car missing memories of the last two days. He now has to deal with the life altering consequences of that weekend. But with the help of his chosen family (and a certain longhaired metal-head) he might be able to get there.
A hurt comfort fic that focuses on recovery from something horrific and unforgivable and finding that the family you need is sometimes already there for you. Even if you have to deal with annual apocalypses.
It’s also a romance.
