Summary
Yellow eyes move inside the shadows, then comes a streak of teeth and fur. He cries out, knocked to the ground by some growling beast...
He hits the ground hard, not for the first time this week, swearing at the impact. As he leans forward to scramble to his feet, he sees a long shadow fall over him. Hopeful, he looks up, expecting to see Geralt.
Only, of course not. Geralt’s left, and why would a witcher be anywhere near when you’re alone, facing something strange that might want to kill you?

Summary
Louis finds himself dreaming and has some time alone to his own thoughts for once. Armand, Daniel, and Louis navigate the obstacles of continuing the interview.
The blood is thin and bitter with the taste of aspirin for a headache. He slides his thumb across a fang, hearing the man's delight at the dark blood that wells there. He slides his thumb across his wrist, smearing his blood there. The wound heals as he dances through his mind; he sends him home with the memory of interviewing to find and purchase rare books for a private collector. He won’t particularly care about not getting the job and his life will be unaffected.
On a different day, he might not have woken up in his home at all. Lucky then, that he’s in their home, in a sphere of unspoken safety. For Louis, Armand makes sacrifices.

Summary
“I know it’s difficult, but regardless,” Aziraphale puffed his chest out with sheer resolution, determination shining on his face. “I would love to give it a try.”
Love. Give it a try.
The words danced in Crowley’s brain, like Go-go dancers holding flashing neon signs.
In which two dumbasses older than time are bad at words.
