Summary
So this is just a little book I'm working on and I would like to post it somewhere, even if this is mostly just fanfiction! Been working on it for a couple months, and it might be a bit rough, but I'm really passionate about this. So, the main character Lydia is sixteen, she has been training in combat for seven years. That mentor, that vile man, he did this to her, he set everything up. She wants him dead. She will succeed. After, she meets Lucy, oh Lucy and her perfect blue dress. The tragedy that awaits them, it won't be pretty, but at least Lydia will be in purgatory with her dad. Thats all she wanted, anyway.

Scott Goldsmith has lived for hundreds of years, he wasnt always a vampire though, his family worked in a castle which was home to the Goldsmiths, powerful vampires with a legacy to protect. During Scotts first day as a gatekeeper he met a young man, blonde hair and facinating yellow canary wings, delivering ores from the nearby town's the mines. over time falling in love with him.
Scott is turned into a vampire by the Goldsmiths and due to his new semi-immortality he outlives Jimmy. heartbroken he flies away and starts a new life for himself, sleeping for 600 years by a town named Oakhurst.
Scott awakens and meets Avid, (vampires plot, yada yada)
Scott dies and meets Jimmy and Avid in the afterlife <3

Summary
Waking up from a 600-year long cursed sleep—and finding his manor and town completely destroyed—inspires a lot of feelings in Scott. Anger. Vengefulness. Annoyance. Hatred. Insatiable hunger for human flesh and blood.
But more than anything, he is reallyyyyyy tired.
Too tired to bother with an elaborate song and dance for the human intruders in Oakhurst.

The man hovering over him leaned back, releasing Grian completely. Cold night air rushed in to fill the void.
“I guess it’s out in the open now,” the stranger hummed. “Shame. I wanted to avoid this.”
With the additional glow occupying the space between them, Grian was finally able to catch features that were lost in the prior darkness. His curiosity outweighed all else, and he drank them in greedily. As soon as he saw who sat across from him, alarms blared in his mind.
This man wasn’t a civilian, wasn’t even a hero.
“Hello, Doctor,” the villain mused. “You were quite the help today.”
