Summary
Goro Akechi wasn’t supposed to live to see his nineteenth birthday, but fate and destiny (and Ren Amamiya) had other ideas. He's been given a second chance, thanks in no small part to the mysterious beings that call the Velvet Room home. Now Theodore and his siblings have a job for him, and Goro always repays his debts.
(A sequel to Bullet With Butterfly Wings, where I basically throw Royal and Strikers into a blender, along with a dash of P3.)

Summary
Ryuji has a crush on Makoto, but doesn't know how to handle it (basically, he's tried nothing, and he's all out of ideas), so he goes to his best friend (and his slightly less enthusiastic boyfriend) for help.
A silly, fluffy, shuake ryukoto double date fic, set in 2018, just over a year after the main game. Contains no spoilers for Strikers, and only makes minor references to previous fics in this series, so you should be good to jump right in if you want to.

Summary
In the time they've spent together, Goro has often found himself… frustrated by how well Amamiya looks in what he chooses to wear. From cheap, faded jeans, to his awful plaid uniform, and even when he was decked out in all that objectively hideous fishing gear – he always seems to pull it off.
It's reassuring to have finally found something that breaks the pattern. Something that he just looks like a complete and utter moron in.
Ren and Akechi have been working a case together, when Ren shows up to their next meeting disguised as a police woman. Akechi thinks he looks absolutely ridiculous, or he certainly did, in the light of day. Looking back on it again that evening, when he's in bed, is another matter entirely.
(Set during Sae's Palace. Part of a series, technically, but can be read as a standalone fic.)

Summary
Sumire's phone is borked. Futaba thinks she can fix it. Pretty simple, right?
Yeah, not when Ren helped her realise that the real reason she gets all sweaty and jumpy around Sumire is actually because she has a massive freaking crush on her!
(A little bit of fluff that takes place the day after Ren goes home. Part of a series, but can very much be read as a standalone thing if you want some sumitaba without wading through a tonne of akeshuake first.)

Summary
"Welcome to the Velvet Room," the man says, gesturing with one of his too-long arms at the unstable space around them. His voice sounds surprisingly kind and wizened, and it should probably be reassuring, but it only serves to put Goro even more on edge. "I am Igor. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance."
"Wha—" Goro tries, but his voice is shaky and small in a way that makes him sound years younger than his actual age — which is unacceptable, and he has to swallow, hard, before he can try again. "What— where is this?
"This place exists between dream and reality, mind and matter," the old man replies. As if that's actually an explanation.
Akechi wakes up in the Velvet Room after dealing with the ruler of Royal's final palace.

Summary
“How’d it go?”
Amamiya wasn’t allowed in during shooting, of course. Akechi had told him he didn’t need to wait outside, but he had anyways. Standing like this, in a thin alley between cement and brick, in a pocket away from the propriety of TV sets and dressing rooms, Amamiya looks like a secret stowed away especially for him.
“You didn’t watch it for yourself?” He asks.
Amamiya shakes his head no. His eyes flick upwards, and his relaxed lean against the wall means Akechi can’t tell if he’s sizing him up or checking him out. Then, entirely too genuine by comparison, Amamiya just says, “I prefer seeing you like this.”
Akechi’s first thought is that he’s definitely in love.
His second thought is that he needs to kill Amamiya.
The third is that if things don’t change, he might need to kill himself, too.
The only thing more embarrassing than killing the first and only friend you've ever made is getting a crush on him. Akechi is handling that humiliation about as well as one can expect.

Summary
Akechi doesn't care about omegas - nothing thrills him quite like the fight for dominance that comes from clashing with another alpha. So he uses a hookup app to find other alphas who want the same thing.
Of course, his anonymous hookup is none other than the leader of the Phantom Thieves.
-
“Fancy running into you here,” Ren tells him in a lazy attempt at a joke. Neither of them laugh.“Did you know?” Akechi hisses back, tries not to think of how this could ruin him, of how Ren somehow has the upper hand here, again, because Akechi has a reputation, a face in the media, and if it gets out that he’s using fancy love hotels to -
“No. Of course not.”

Akira Kurusu wakes up ten years in the future, blissfully married to his would-be murderer.

Summary
It's not his fault that the walls of Mac's room are paper-thin; that he can hear every squeaking box spring, every moan that moves between the two men inside it. What's he supposed to do? Dennis runs his tongue across his palm before slipping his fingers between warm skin and tight elastic. If Mac's happy shamelessly getting his dick wet within spitting distance of his roommate, what's stopping him from doing the same? It's not illegal to listen to two people having sex - in fact, in the privacy of your own home, it's barely even unethical. He can hear one of them panting so loudly that it's practically public domain at this point. It's a matter of principle. It's quid pro quo. It's just because it's been a while that he's riled up like this - and, besides the fact that he can smell Mac in every fiber of the hoodie he's wearing, it's actually got nothing to do with Mac at all. Mac.
Fuck Mac. Fuck, Mac.
Mac, he thinks, definitely has nothing to do with the small sigh that escapes the back of his throat when he finally wraps five slick fingers around himself.

Summary
The Phantom Thieves have nearly secured their route through Maruki's Palace. There’s only one section left: The Twilight Corridor. A paradise where everything is perfect, and everyone is always smiling.
In order to enter that place, the Thieves must first prove they've "completed orientation" and can be "happy." There are points, there is a scoreboard, and they’re locked together in an experimental space where wishes can be granted by simply saying them aloud. Everyone has to individually earn 100 happiness points, or no one is leaving.
So what is “happiness,” really? How does Maruki define happiness? What the hell is a quantifiable happiness point? Is there any way around this? Don’t these stupid kids realize this is a trick to get them to fall back into the thrall of Maruki’s reality? And why can’t Goro earn any fucking points?
(Or: I've been watching too much Dropout Game Changer and I’ve built an Akechi torture chamber.)
