"With what?"
"Your erectile dysfunction," Ivan says. "I can help."
It sounds like a line that someone would drop in a cheap porno, but this is real life, so Till is left flabbergasted.
"You're jus' saying that 'cause you wanna keep touching me," Till says weakly.
"That's true," Ivan admits. "But is that so bad if we both get something out of it?"
It might be because he's drunk, or maybe he's just that desperate, but Till ends up agreeing to Ivan's ridiculous request nonetheless.

Summary
Till didn’t understand people’s obsession with hybrids.
The general consensus had flip-flopped between them being dangerous, to essential for society, to the ideal pet of esteemed households. Till didn’t think he was wrong to write them off as nothing more than fads. Besides, they were extremely rare. Only the super wealthy had hybrids in their service. The public barely interacted with them and some people in town had never even seen one.
So it was a surprise to Till that Mizi of all people got one.

“All of them,” Ivan corrects.
“Thank you,” Till replies, face warming up. “I—I don’t really know what else to say, I’ve never had fans before.”
“You do have fans, you just ignore them.” Ivan is still smiling at him, his face impossible to read. “But that’s okay, I’m sure none of your other fans love you the way I do. After all, I’m your biggest, most loyal fan.”
Somehow, Till has the distinct feeling that Ivan isn't even exaggerating.
OR: The one where Till is a bassist in a small rock band who has a not-so-low-key crush on his best friend, Mizi, and is just trying his best to get by in this hellscape called life, but gets irrevocably entangled in Ivan's web instead.
