Summary
Jazz, Optimus, and Ratchet all agreed that the circumstances around Sunstreaker and Sideswipe’s origin is a threat to Sideswipe’s autonomy, and the dangerous truth was designated as need to know.
Prowl was specifically identified as a threat, and excluded from needing to know.
Sunstreaker grows annoyed with the incompetence of his frontline commanders, and takes it upon himself to paint the threatening picture why Prowl should stop trying to promote him — and instead, influences Prowl to take on the challenge of commanding Sunstreaker, utilizing his immunity to suffering moral injuries in combat, effectively. Summary

Summary
Stationed overseeing the Autobot outposts along the Rust Sea as his first command, Prowl’s forces return from a scouting mission with an unsettling prisoner.
One who claims the corrosive, storm-lashed dune fields as belonging to him, and his improbably, mythical city.
One the cusp of planetary war, Prowl wants the city’s lost technology under his influence to protect Praxus. The Rust Sea’s mysterious emissary seems aggressively eager for the chance to “reopen relations” between their cities — but has his own ideas of what that means.

As of April 2016, The database that stores works on A03 does not allow emoji. If you try to add an emoji it will end your story there. Any words after the emoji? Poof. Gone. This is a known, if poorly advertised, issue with the archive.
There are some workarounds; you can find them in: How to Make iOS Text messages on A03. But here? Here is for ALL THE EMOJI*.
