Armand bites viciously into the palm covering his face and Daniel feels the hot gush of his own blood. He smears it across his maker’s face.
They’re circling around it, what this is really about, the sense of peeling away the layers so satisfying it’s tactile. Neither of them have got off yet, not in the traditional sense. It’s not even about that, whilst also being extremely about that. It’s their favorite type of sex; where they fuck with each others’ minds just as much as their bodies.

“You calling me a quick shot, mate?” Assad says by way of greeting, grinning and swivelling back and forth in his seat.
“You calling me mate, mate?” Eric laughs. “You’re so fucking British.”
“Shut up, you love it,” Assad says, then he bats his eyes. “And you think I’m pretty.”
“Of course, I think you’re pretty. Everyone thinks you’re pretty.”
Assad glances off to the side, still grinning, looking at something—or someone—out of frame. “You know who else is pretty and British?”
Eric narrows his eyes at the screen and watches as the second person wanders over, fresh out of the shower with damp curls and a towel slung low around his hips.
