Damian is used to holding his bladder for long periods of time. There's not always a good time to go relieve one's self on patrol or on a mission. But 67.6 ounces of water over the course of several hours without going is too much even for someone with strict bladder control.
He grits his teeth around the gag. This game is more than the bondage. More than the gag. More than the disgusting implications toward his father. The camera aimed at his crotch, another on his face to capture the reaction. This is the humiliation.
