Summary
Muriel is called as a witness against Aziraphale in Heaven, but they know, they know this isn't right. And they're going to fix it.
So the Muriel returning to Heaven wasn't quite the same as the Muriel who'd left. Their wings were still white -- they'd checked that morning. The only mirror in the bookshop was the one in the tiny bathroom upstairs that Aziraphale had likely kept for the look of the thing. When Muriel had unfurled their feathers in it, their wings had brushed against the ceiling, and a few stray feathers had fluttered free.
Their wings were still white. But here was Aziraphale, in front of the assembled Heavenly host with his own wings out, and his wings were still white too.
