Summary
Adora saved the universe, defeated Horde Prime, and finally has the life she always wanted with Catra. So why is peace so hard?
As Etheria’s restored magic settles across the planet, everything begins to grow, wake, and change in ways no one fully understands. Everyone else sees healing. Adora sees questions she can’t seem to answer.
With the war over and no clear evil left to fight, she begins to wonder about her own goodness, the weight of power, and how easily a right choice might become the wrong one. Catra tries to keep her grounded, but Adora can’t tell whether healing is supposed to feel like this.

Summary
The fire climbs to an even greater height, crackling and whipping in the light desert breeze. Catra watches it with rapt attention, fearful to let her gaze linger on Adora for too long.
“But we don’t have to fight, you know,” Adora says. “I mean...what’s the point of it now? There’s no rebellion here. And no Horde. There’s just you and me, and a lot of things that wouldn’t hesitate to kill either of us.”
“So, what?” demands Catra. “We pretend to be a team again? After everything?”
“If it keeps us alive,” says Adora. “I’m willing to put all that aside if you are.”
Catra and Adora end up exiled to the Crimson Waste together. If they're going to conquer gangs, quicksand, serpents, and other desert threats, they'll need to learn to trust one another again.

Catra really, truly thought that no matter how the world grew or shook or crumbled, there would always be a Catra so long as there was an Adora, and an Adora so long as there was a Catra.
“You promise?”
Catra wanted it to be true. She wanted to believe Adora’s promise so badly, she turned herself into a liar.
Because that was the nature of promises, after all. Either promises only make liars—or only liars make promises. It was a chicken-egg problem to be sure, but the fact remained that Adora lied to Catra. And by believing Adora’s promise, Catra lied to herself.

Summary
They stay that way for a long time, Catra’s face tucked into Adora’s shoulder, Adora gently cradling Catra’s head. Adora is careful not to hug Catra too hard or make her feel restrained, anticipating the moment that Catra will start to pull away — but Catra doesn’t. She hangs on so tightly it hurts, her claws digging through Adora’s jacket and into her back, latching into her like she did when she was a kitten and didn’t know how much her claws could hurt. Adora tries not to wince, tries not to move a single muscle, worried that if she does the spell will break and Catra will struggle away, appalled at having shown weakness.
But Catra doesn’t let go. And so neither does Adora.

She meets Adora’s eyes for what she hopes is the last time, memorises the stormy blue of her irises. “I don’t have to stay and watch it happen.”
“Catra, please,” Adora rises to her knees. She hugs Catra’s bag with one hand and begs, “Stay. I need you.”
“No you don’t,” Catra can tolerate a lot of things, but hearing Adora lie to her hurts the most. She asks Melog to cloak her and Melog listens without complaints. “You never have."
She disappears from Adora’s sight.

Catra always thought that it would be her and Adora ruling the world together, but as Horde Prime’s power grows and Adora chooses to sacrifice her life for everyone else, Catra decides that she will not stand aside and watch the person she loves die. So, she runs away. The fighting is finally over, but peace is its own kind of battle.
Catra knows that a reckoning is coming, and she deserves it. She ruined the lives of most of the members of the Princess Alliance in one way or another, so they’re definitely going to lock her in prison and throw away the key. Right?
Adora doesn’t think she’s ever truly known peace, but with Catra by her side nothing really seems all that scary anymore. She isn’t even worried about where She-Ra fits into an Etheria that isn’t at war, or how she can make herself useful. Definitely not.
While carefully navigating their new relationship, Catra and Adora find something lost and forgotten deep underground in an ancient First Ones ruin. The revelations that follow have implications not just for Catra, but for all Etheria.
But distractions have consequences. Something evil stirs in the depths where no-one dares venture, unnoticed and unchecked, that has other plans for She-Ra and her allies.
A story about love, purpose, and the sacrifices they demand.

Meanwhile, Vox just blew up himself and the entire universe and suddenly stands before a second chance. He simply has no idea what that second chance entails.

"Catra." She says firmly, eyes flying up to the other woman’s face. "I wouldn't choose anyone in the world to be stuck with after an alien invasion other than you. If the world were normal, I'd still wish for us to meet. No matter the circumstances ... I want this."
Adora doesn't move her hand, but she keeps her touch light enough that Catra can pull away if she wants to. "If you don't feel the same, it'll be alright. But I need you to know." Adora will put on a brave face, even if the thought of not having Catra makes her want to die.
Catra's holding her, one arm wrapped tightly around her waist. "I—fuck." She curses, her voice charged. "Adora, you're my miracle. I can't believe that I found you against all odds. And if I had the chance to save the whole world from these stupid worm aliens but I'd have to give you up—" She sighs. "I wouldn't do it."
Adora's heart thunders in her chest at the declaration. "That's wrong." She points out, but she's smiling as she does it.
Catra smiles back, eyes warm. "Super fucked up, but no less true."
OR
Glimmer, an alien, is implanted in Adora's body. They find their way back to Adora's family. The Host AU.

Summary
Catra has lived in the cave since she could remember, with her magical cat-like companion Melog. Melog refuses to leave the cave, so it is up to Catra to provide for them and protect anyone from finding him. She steals food in order to keep them both alive but ends up becoming enamored with one of her marks.
Adora shows her kindness, and they both can't help but be drawn to each other. However, their responsibilities keep them apart, Adora preparing for the knighthood and Catra having to take care of Melog. A year later they are reunited when Catra steals from the wrong person, Princess Glimmer of Brightmoon and Adora has to make a choice between duty and following her heart.

Summary
Anyone else feel kind of cheated that we had to endure five entire seasons before Catra finally redeemed herself? Yeah, me too.
So here I present you an entire She-Ra rewrite where Catra joins the rebellion right when Adora does. For the most part it will follow all the events in the show, with little alterations to canon here and there to account for Catra's presence in the rebellion.
