It takes a ridiculous amount of time for Hualing to stop laughing. She laughs hard enough that at one point she had fallen forward, her hands gripping Liu Mingyan forearms to keep her upright.
“You little pervert!” She gasps through her laughter, the sheer humor of it all making her eyes sting with unshed tears. Oh heavens. There is a shift of fabric that reaches her ears too late and then Mingyan is suddenly too close. Her hand is pressing firmly on Hualing’s mouth. Her eyes are frantic.
