Bella notes first Rosalie’s scowl. It’s as though her face was made to assume permanent dissatisfaction. Her eyes are mean and her stance is tense and rigid, poised for attack. Rosalie notices Bella’s scrutiny and snarls. Literally. She bares her teeth and hisses and everything.
Bella is in love.
Rosalie then makes sure to share her snarl equitably across the entire pack, making Bella feel considerably less special.

read this multiple times and ik right it's the same thing everytime I read but it's like finding new, new flavours after reading a fic again and again, 100/10 recommend
