Summary
Horatio knew what death looked like, what it felt like. He was there for Hamlet at the King’s funeral, and, before that, when he lay cold in his orchard after his brother had poisoned him. He saw Polonius’ body after Hamlet had mistakenly stabbed him, the crimson blood pooled on the stone. It was darker than he had expected at the time, almost black. He remembered the cold stiffness of Ophelia’s body after she drowned herself and the silence that came with it as everyone tried to forget. And he knew the cold beckon of death, constant and inevitable. That low drumming following him on his heels that led him to that bridge, the vast air between himself and rest. The drumming interrupted by no other than Hamlet when he yanked him off the edge.
But the death he had yet to witness was unimaginable.

His hand wrapped around Neil’s inner thigh and squeezed, watching as Neil stifled a gasp, his hand flying to his mouth. It was just too easy to rile him up like this.
Andrew let his grip ease up and shifted his hand so he could brush his fingers against the inseam of Neil’s shorts. Neil’s breath was shaky, heat rising in his cheeks. He shifted in his seat so subtly even Andrew wouldn’t have noticed if he weren’t focused entirely on Neil, The Godfather abandoned in the background.
Neil looked over at him, eyes searching his impassive expression. Then, he leaned in, his lips brushing against Andrew’s ear, and asked, “Do you want to go back to our dorm?”

Summary
On Lifesteal cannibalism is commonplace, it goes hand in hand with its brutal nature. On The Realm though it is definitely not as accepted. Pangi does a good job of tamping down his more taboo cravings though and none of his friends on this server are any the wiser. That is until the Keepers arrange a duel between him and Clown, a spectacle for the other members of The Realm. Then Pangi is forced to watch as the careful facade he built up for months comes tumbling down, but Void Clown looks good with blood on his lips.
