“Guess what it is!” Nancy told her. Robin furrowed her brows.
“Uhhhh…a bracelet?” Robin guessed. Nancy nodded, before explaining.
“Yup! But it’s a special bracelet!” Nancy started, “It’s a marrying bracelet. My mommy said you should marry someone you love, and I love you, so that obviously means we should get married.” Robin’s eyes widened in understanding, before smiling widely.
“Ooohhhh! That makes sense!” Robin exclaimed, before morphing her expression into one of confusion, “But don’t people get married with rings?” Nancy frowned.
“Yeah,” She frowned, “but I couldn’t find one.” She paused, “But bracelets are way awesomer than rings anyway.” Nancy shrugged, and Robin nodded in agreement, before grabbing the bracelet and slipping it on with her various others.

Summary
Hermione and Pansy’s eighth year at Hogwarts is coming to an uninspiring and rather dull end. After almost nine months of monotonous classes, stressful exams, and all of the other wonders of almost-adulthood, both are ready to get the fuck out of Hogwarts and not look back. The only consolation lies just beyond graduation-- Pansy has accepted a dream job offer, and the paperwork for Hermione’s London apartment has, at last, been finalized.
But, of course, it can’t last. When two idiots in their Charms class get into a fight, Pansy and Hermione are at the wrong place during the wrong time, and because of it they’re plunged into a chaotic and seemingly never-ending situation that threatens to derail their lives as they know it.

“When I asked if you were sure,” Robin added, softer, “I meant the breaking-and-entering part. The fence. The maybe-getting-arrested part. The my college applications die in prison part.”
“Oh.” Nancy’s brows knit, then smoothed. Her chin lifted a fraction, a sly smile tugging at her lips. “We won’t get caught. No cameras. No alarms on the back door. And the fence—”
Robin was already moving. She dropped to one knee in front of it and laced her fingers together, bracing her thigh like a human step stool. “Your chariot awaits, your Highness.”
Nancy stared at her, then stepped closer. One hand settled on Robin’s shoulder. Her fingers slid upward—adjusting Robin’s collar, the back of them brushing the hollow of her throat. Robin shivered.
“Are you sure?” Nancy asked quietly, worrying her bottom lip.
“Dead serious,” Robin swallowed. “Though I’d really prefer if no interdimensional monsters showed up to prove it.”
Or,
Robin met her soulmate somewhere between Russian torture and an interdimensional monster — and now she has absolutely no recollection of it. Fortunately, Steve Harrington has decided they’re going to find them anyway. Even if the answer might be right in front of her.

Of course, she knew Nancy went to Emerson; she talked about it all the time last year, how could Robin not know? She was aware she would probably have to see her on campus, maybe meet up for coffee once she’d been there for longer or something. She had resigned herself to that fate, though. No, that wasn’t an issue in Robin’s mind. What was an issue, however, was Nancy Wheeler just happening to be an RA for her building and not knowing it.
Robin had not prepared herself for living in close proximity with Nancy Wheeler.
Or, Nancy is Robin's RA at Emerson, both of them are useless lesbians who don't know the other is a lesbian, and drunk Nancy is the only Nancy that is ever perfectly honest.
