Summary
Kaeya's hair forms a halo around him. He hears the grass rustling with every breeze and wonders if he'll be able to watch the sunrise tomorrow too. The symphony moves around him in swirling patterns of silver and blue and Kaeya closes his eye to focus on it.
He doesn't hear footsteps approaching but he knows the other man is coming anyway. He feels the body creating ripples across the surface of the night and he sighs when the other stops a few feet away from him. He opens his eye and looks up.
"I've been looking for you." a deep voice says. Kaeya only hears the violin playing alongside dust particles and a forgotten future. He smiles.
"I know." he says. "You shouldn't have."Or: welcome to me, exploring the possibility of Kaeya being The Lost PrinceTM and dancing his way around and then finally through conversations about it.

This wasn’t going to be a social visit.

It's been over a year since Caitlyn and Vi last saw each other, over a year since the explosion that killed Caitlyn's Mother and changed everything. Vi vowed to herself she would leave Caitlyn alone, that she wouldn't bring any more hurt into her life. But when Caitlyn strolls back into the lanes and asks for her help, can Vi maintain her resolve to stay out of Piltover's politics? Or will she crumble at the first sight of an old friend?
