No Parable without Stanley by Bizarre Hate Triangle (antistorytelling)
Fandoms: The Stanley Parable

Summary
The Narrator discovers his protagonist has been replaced by a real person. If only he could persuade them to become his new Stanley.
A slow exploration of the turbulent and very unhealthy back and forth between the Narrator and (not) Stanley as the Narrator attempts to manipulate them into agreeing to become a permanent part of the story. Written entirely as the Narrator's side of the dialogue.
* Rating note: contains no smut or violence, but rated M for persistent manipulation, mind games, forced change of identity, overall toxicity and mentions of suicide (not worse than those already present in canon though).

Summary
In those days Levin used often to be in the Shcherbatskys’ house, and he was in love with the Shcherbatsky household… he not only perceived no defects whatever in them, but under the poetical veil that shrouded them he assumed the existence of the loftiest sentiments and every possible perfection.
Can be read as a prequel to Lilac, or as a stand-alone story.
