Turns out, being the all knowing eye isn't as omniscient nor fun as everyone said it was; at least, to Eggchan.
Where others see objects, Eggchan saw shapes. When chunguses see colors, Eggchan saw auras. It's hard to explain the intricacy of the universe when all the others had ever known and will ever know was just the skin of reality.5 times Eggchan couldn't see, and one time he could (kind of.)

Summary
Silence stretched between them, thick enough to cut.
The whole point of the Invisible Mafia was to remain anonymous. You couldn’t make any friends or conspire to escape if you didn’t even know who you were talking to. People were much easier to control and isolate when they could barely remember who they were outside of the color of their trims and the position in the hierarchy they symbolized; it was a carefully engineered system, designed for the sole purpose of controlling everyone in its ranks. Revealing one’s identity might as well be treason—Egg had already seen enough soldiers get stasis’d and executed through his communicator to know.
But here was this untrimmed grunt, supposedly just a random kid who wanted to play on the wrong server at the wrong time, doing just that.
Or: Egg makes a friend in the mafia.

Summary
Egg jolts awake, the sun and cloudless sky greeting him as he opens his eyes in a panic. He listens for a moment, before closing his eyes again, the sun’s light making the sight of his eyelids a lighter shade.
He’s almost back to sleep before-
“-an! Eggchan!” There’s a shadow, blocking out the sun, which he doesn’t mind. “Yo, Egg?” He reluctantly opens his eye, giving a confused and clearly skeptical look to Jaden.
Jaden gives him a small smile. “Good morning- or good afternoon.” Jaden gently prods. “Only you could sleep well at a time like this.” Sleep is good for you, that’s what Loppezz and Rejoice always say. “I guess that’s smart, we have to face the King tomorrow.”
Egg tries to reply, really, but he just ends up closing his eyes again. “You’re still half asleep, aren’t you?” Egg just grumbles in response. “Okay then, but don’t sleep too long.”OR - I made an isat au because I thought transcribing a game for 30 hours straight would be fun
